The company truck or tempo is the least interesting object in this scene. The interesting objects are the NETC flag, the fleet issuer portal wallet, and the tag ID. Fleet tags are often pooled, permissioned, and hidden from the person in the cabin. That is fine until minimum balance or blacklist. Then you need a standing SOP: who recharges, who sees SMS, who the driver calls in 30 seconds.

Raise the dispute without theatre

If the driver must cash a plaza, the receipt should enter the trip sheet the same day.

• Double debit: office files with the fleet issuer, driver supplies plaza time.
• Do not let the driver pay personal UPI into a random QR for ‘company recharge’.

Money returns on issuer time. It does not return because you blocked a lane. If cash was taken as well as a tag debit, keep the paper slip. That pair is how double-pay stories get taken seriously.

Do not do this in the lane

• Do not share master fleet passwords with every cleaner.
• Do not stick a personal car tag on a company tempo to ‘just go’.
• Do not clone a fleet tag for a second truck.
