Wrong vehicle class: car charged at truck rate

After correction, old trips may not auto-refund. List them in the ticket with amounts.

• Raise class correction with the issuer. Attach RC both sides.
• Ask for excess toll refund for the dated trips after class is fixed.
• If a plaza handheld overrode class, mention lane and time in the ticket.

Money returns on issuer time. It does not return because you blocked a lane. If cash was taken as well as a tag debit, keep the paper slip. That pair is how double-pay stories get taken seriously.

Do not do this in the lane
